Building dreams with Bridgeford Homes
Founded in 2022, Bridgeford Homes is the culmination of the collective expertise of Jon Slattery, Graham Mundy, and Kelly-Ann Pendle. With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, groundworks, and architectural design, the talented trio bring a wealth of knowledge to the table throughout the design, construction and after sales service.

Our Team
The people behind Bridgeford Homes
Jon Slattery
With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Jon Slattery has vast knowledge of residential building and property development. Jon’s knowledge of residential development allows him to take on and manage sites from land acquisition right through to the point of sale, personally overseeing every stage and detail along the way.
Graham Mundy
In 2019, Graham Mundy founded his own company, Mundy Groundwork Limited, which has grown into a successful business with over 70 staff members. Mundy Groundwork regularly undertake large groundworks packages for various clients making them proficient in all elements of residential groundworks.
Kelly-Ann Pendle
Kelly-Ann founded Pendle Property Design in 2018 and specialises in offering architectural and project management services. Her expertise spans from the initial site inception to technical design and overseeing on-site construction. Kelly-Ann meticulously monitors the progression of each site and conducts regular inspections to guarantee that every property aligns seamlessly with the drawings.
